Terms of Service

Revloop helps you collect customer reviews and private feedback. Guests are always offered both a public review option and a private feedback option. Revloop never gates reviews, never hides the public option from anyone, and never posts on your behalf. Guests write and publish their own reviews from their own accounts.

You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and the activity under them. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be authorised to act for the business you register, and old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

Use the service honestly. Do not attempt to fake reviews, incentivise reviews in ways that break platform rules, suppress genuine negative feedback, or otherwise misuse the product. Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put other customers at risk.

You are responsible for complying with the review policies of Google and any other platform you route reviews to, and with the consumer-protection laws that apply to your business.

Public reviews are routed only to a Google Business Profile we have verified as yours. To verify it, the business name in your account should match your listing, and you authorise us to confirm ownership. We route reviews to that verified listing and are not responsible for the content of the reviews your guests write or for changes Google makes to its platform.

The Free plan is available at no cost within its limits. Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on a 1-month, 6-month or 12-month term, charged once per term. Prices are shown excluding GST, which is added at checkout as required in India. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

Your first term on a paid plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee. You can cancel at any time and keep the feedback you have already collected. We do not offer pro-rated refunds beyond the guarantee window unless the law requires it.

You own your data. You can export or delete it at any time. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We work hard to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions go to support@revloop.in.
