The setup guide

Everything you need to go live, on your own.

Revloop is fully self serve. You can sign up, build your review flow, print your QR code and start collecting feedback without ever talking to us. The one thing we do for you is verify your Google Business Profile, so your public review button points at the real you.

  • About 10 minutes
  • No card required
  • No sales call

Before you start, have these ready

Your exact business name on Google

Open your listing on Google Maps and copy the name exactly as it appears. You will use the same name in Revloop so we can match and verify your profile.

Access to your business email

Alerts, verification updates and your receipts all go to the email you sign up with, so use one you actually check.

A phone to test with

The best way to check your setup is to scan your own QR code and walk through the flow exactly like a guest would.

Six steps, one email

From signup to your first review.

  1. 01revloop.in/signup

    Create your account

Head to the signup page and enter your business name, email and a password. That is the whole form. Your account, dashboard and first Project are created in one step.

    • Use your business name exactly as it appears on your Google Business Profile.
    • Your email becomes the home for complaint alerts and verification updates.
    • The Free plan starts automatically. No card, no trial clock.
Signing up for a client or a franchise? Use that Project's own Google listing name, not the parent brand.
  2. 02Set up

Name your business and get your review page

Right after signup, Revloop asks one question: what is your business called? Answer it and we create your public review page, your QR code and a ready-to-use review flow in the same moment.

    • Your review page lives on a short link you can share anywhere.
    • A starter flow is already attached, so the page works immediately.
    • You land in your dashboard with everything already wired together.
The name you enter here is the one we match against Google during verification, so keep it identical to your listing.
  3. 03Dashboard → Flow

    Make the flow yours

Open the Flow page to shape what guests see. Change the welcome tile, reorder the questions, pick the languages your guests speak and decide whether AI drafting is on.

    • Add your logo or brand letter and a subtitle to the welcome tile.
    • Keep it short. Two or three questions get the most completions.
    • On AI Plus, AI drafts turn a guest's rating and notes into a review they edit and approve. You can switch this off per Project.
Preview the flow on your own phone before printing anything. What feels fast at a table wins.
  4. 04Dashboard → QR & links

Put your QR where guests actually are

The Links page gives you a print-ready QR code and shareable links for your Project. Download, print and place them where the visit ends, because that is when people are happiest to talk.

    • Tables, counters, receipts, invoices and delivery bags all work well.
    • Paste the link into a WhatsApp message or SMS after an order or a visit for the highest response rates.
    • Need to track by order? Generate one-time links and regenerate them anytime.
Print the QR at least 3 cm wide. Smaller codes scan poorly in dim lighting.
  5. 05Dashboard → ProjectsWe handle this part

    Get your Google profile verified

This is the one step where we work for you. Public review buttons on your flow route guests to your real Google review form, and we only ever route through a verified Google Business Profile. That protects your guests from ending up on the wrong listing and protects your listing from misuse.

    • We match the business name in Revloop against the name on your Google Business Profile. They should be identical, so fix any mismatch on your Projects page first.
    • Email support@revloop.in from your account email with your business name and a link to your listing on Google Maps.
    • Until it is done, your Projects page shows that public-review setup is being finalised. Private feedback and everything else works in the meantime.
    • We usually complete verification within one business day and email you the moment your public review button is live.
  6. 06Dashboard → Reviews & Complaints

    Watch the loop run

From here Revloop runs itself. Public reviews land on your Google listing, private feedback lands in your Complaints inbox, and the dashboard shows sentiment and trends across everything.

    • Complaints alert you the moment they arrive, so you can fix things while the guest is still reachable.
    • The Reviews page tracks what guests post and what they loved.
    • Nearing your feedback limit? Upgrade from the Billing page in two clicks. On a paid plan nothing is ever cut off mid-month.
Check the Notifications page once to choose where alerts go. A missed complaint is a missed save.
The other side

What your guest sees

The whole guest experience is built to take seconds, because every extra tap costs you a review.

1
Scan or tap

The QR or link opens instantly in the browser. No app to install, no account to create, nothing to type first.

2
Rate and share

One tap to rate, a moment to add words if they want to. AI can draft from their own notes, and they always edit and approve before anything is posted.

3
Routed right

Guests who post publicly land on your verified Google review form. Private feedback comes straight to your inbox. Every guest gets both options, always.

Setup questions

Asked at this point, usually.

Because a pasted link can point anywhere, including a competitor or a lookalike listing. We route public reviews only through a profile we have verified as yours. It is slower by one step and safer by a mile.

Rename your location in Revloop to match the listing exactly, then request verification. If your legal name and listing name genuinely differ, mention both in your email and we will sort it out with you.

Usually within one business day of your email. Everything else in Revloop works while you wait, including private feedback capture.

No. The flow opens in the phone's browser from a QR scan or a link tap. Guests never create an account with us.

Nothing. The Free plan includes your first 100 pieces of feedback in total, one Project, the dashboard and the complaint inbox, with no card required. Upgrade only when the volume justifies it.

Yes. Add them from the Projects page, each with its own QR, flow and Google profile verification. Standard includes 2 Projects and AI Plus includes 5; they share one pooled feedback allowance rather than each having their own. Projects come with the plan and can’t be bought separately.

Ten minutes from now, you could be live.

Create your account, print your QR and send us one email for verification. That is the whole launch.
